Yes. All of our airport car rentals come with complimentary pickup and drop-off services. Our exclusive partnership with EcoCab provides convenient, free shuttle transportation from the Honolulu airport to our location.
Cash can only be used to pay for a remaining balance when you return the vehicle. To start the rental process, you must have a valid major debit or credit card under your name upon which a $300 deposit authorization will be charged to.
Yes, if you are between 21-24 years of age there is a daily $25 underage fee.
All deposits applied to your rental are non-refundable after 72 hours of receiving your confirmation. If your dates change, we will apply the deposit to the new reservation.
Yes. Insurance is available for additional fee. We require full coverage insurance on our vehicles before renting. To provide evidence of insurance, please email Insurance@LittleHawaiiRentals.com. Your policy must show collision, comprehensive and liability protection. If you are renting for a business, your policy must place us as a certificate holder as Little Hawaii Rent a Car 3060 Ualena St. Honolulu, HI 96819.
Yes. Please forward the confirmation to Insurance@LittleHawaiiRentals.com or present the confirmation letter to our rental agent. Please keep in mind that most 3rd party sites offer only collision protection and not liability. You will be responsible to process any claims in case of any incidents.
Yes. Although our facility is located down the street from the airport, we don’t recommend walking to us with luggage in hand and the Hawaiian sun on your back. Either hop in the cab for a quick ride, or give us call and we’ll send a ride in 30 minutes or less!
No. A regular drivers license is all you need. If you’re with a touring company, we’ll ask you to provide a certificate binder with us as the certificate holder.
Yes. We reserve our corporate & organization discounts for clients that rent from us more than 45 days within the year, such as churches, tour companies, body & repair shops, hotels, and more. Please contact us at (808) 374-2137 for more information.
Yes – if you’re messy. There is a $100 excessive cleaning fee for sand or stains.
Yes, but it’s your responsibility to return the Jeep soft top in the same way that it was rented to you. You are responsible for any damages.
All parking tickets must be presented to our rental agent upon returning the vehicle, or as soon as possible. If we can pay it within 4 days, we will not charge you the additional violation fee.
